With only one needle which carries out a turn of 24 hours, the Soltime clock posts simultaneously the standard time (that of its watch) over the external dial, and the solar hour on the interior dial. This needle, which presents a sun in diurnal period, and the moon in night period, gives in only one glance the state of the day or the night. The clock also indicates the approximate hour of the rising and laying down sun according to month's of the year. A very detailed explanatory leaflet is obviously provided with the product.
