The Créations Serge Leibovitz company creates and distributes since 1987 a collection of small-scale models of planes and boats made out of solid pewter. This collection of pewter models which counts more than 90 references recalls, through its production, the history of the aviation from 1917 to our days.

The model

These solid metal models of planes, helicopters or boat are manufactured by artisans in the workshop of Créations Serge Leibovitz of Seillans (France) and each pewter model (94%) is cast in a silicone mould which also is designed and manufactured by the company. After quenching, parts are polished, and assembled to form the model of plane or boat on a varnished mahogany wood stand.
