Okyere Hammond echoes Senufo tradition with a pair of fetish sculptures. They are usually presented as a man and a woman, and are traditionally worshipped when asking the gods for spiritual help. The Senufo people of the Ivory Coast believe "two heads are better than one" therefore two gods working together are better than just one. Hammond carves the statuettes from noble sese wood featuring long lean necks and protruding heads and bellies. Hammond embellishes each piece with embossed aluminum plates to ensure a faithful replica of Senufo art.
